Adding a Telephone Extension for Service Office Customers

When adding a telephone extension, it is helpful to others to see who is calling them, and it makes it easier for them to be identified.

 

When adding an extension, it is recommended to include the company name, as well as the first and, if possible, the last name. This will help implement the search function within the reception console.

Use the add wizard by selecting Features, then Add Wizard. You can add the details you see, but again, the most important one to enter is the Description (name of the person using this telephone extension)

It should look like this.
