Voicemails
Voicemails can be found under Messages - Voicemails.

Here, you can find all the voicemail messages that can be stored in a mailbox.

| You can select the Mailbox you would like to view. You can then adjust the date range to see any messages that may appear within that date range. Don’t forget, some could be older so set the date back at least 1 year. |
| You can listen to the new messages via the handset that the Mailbox is related to or you can play the message to another phone by selecting play via call on the right hand side. |

Simply enter the number here and the system will call that number to play the message. |

You can also click on the ‘Voicemail from 1010’ and the system will download the voicemail to your PC as a WAV file. |

It is also possible to see old messages if you have listened to them but not deleted.

| If you want to see old messages then you need to change the folder to ‘old’. Then select the date range you want to view and click update. Don’t forget some could be old so set the date back at least 1 year. |
