Everything we do, we try to design around you and your clients. Don’t forget if you want to add anything to our growing list of features and requests. Just email ideas@ntalk.co.uk

The Roadmap can be found at the very top of the portal under the Home button on the left-hand side menu bar.

We have also placed a square icon 'NEW' showing what’s new on the portal if there is a feature with its menu tab.

When you click on Roadmap, it will take you to the current projects in all categories and all projects, regardless of whether they are live or not.

The search for a particular project. Enter a name or part of the project name to search the roadmap. Category This optionbox allows for you to searchdrill fordown roadmap items that have been developed or currently in progress.
	Search can be used to locate a particularword module.or sentence within a project you are particularly looking for.
You can choose a category project group you would like to see.
	You can also show open, closed, or projects that have happened in the last 90 days.

The project title is a short description of the roadmap project.   The  shows that the project has now gone live on the production portal.  It  works the same as the help button on the portal and will take you directly to the help guide for this new feature.

As with all development and roadmap ideas, some are significantly larger than others and require more time to determine the best approach. The ETA is our best estimate of when we expect to deliver the feature or Whatex.service.	new services
	This is the date the project goes live on the beta portal.
This is the date the project is now live on the production system.
	The summary provides a more detailed explanation of the project, outlining its key features and features are added, more will be available.services.

Here you can select all open or completed projects. All completed projects will show as live with the icon to indicate they are available now.

Anyone in our beta testing program can also see when the product will be released and when it will be moved to production.
