Hunt Groups
Hunt Groups is under Features - Hunt Groups under the left side menu.
A Hunt Group is used to call more than just one telephone extension. You can have different levels in the Hunt Group; for example, call the receptionist in level 1, then call all staff in level 2. If no one answers, go to the end destination, which could be a voicemail. To set up a Hunt Group, press ‘New’ and give it a familiar name. This name is to identify it, something like ‘Main number Hunt Group’. Please note: There can only be 15 extensions in a Hunt Group.
Choose how long you want to ring each level. To quickly get this up and running, leave everything else as default. Click Save.
Then, add the default destination. |

Change the destination from Hang Up to an external number or mailbox. Remember, this is where the call will end if no handsets answer in the Hunt Group. |
Now, you need to add the destinations in the Hunt Group. These could be external numbers, but we need to add the Telephone extensions we created.
Click Add a Destination. |
Add all the Telephone Extensions you require in the Hunt Group one by one and click save for each. |
There are more settings you can change. Please refer to Hunt Group - Advanced.
