Chat Message Notifications

If you are on any screen and have messages waiting to be read, the number next to the chat message tab will notify you. It indicates one unread message.

When you look at the chat messages, a dot will appear on the far right, indicating which chat has the unread messages. 

OnThe number of unread messages can also be seen on the tab at the top of the browser page, you can also see the number of unread messages.page.

A Browser pop up message may also appear depending on your allowed settings for the browser page.

Tick meanings

Here, you can see two green ticks on some of the messages,messages. thisThis indicates they have received and read those messages. If you only see one black tick, it has been sent but not received. Finally, if you see two black ticks, it has been received but not read.
