Calling Screen (Voice call)

When you receive an internal call, it will display the person's number and their picture avatar (if they have uploaded one). This allows you to make an informed decision whether to answer the call. We use it a lot in our office, especially if Cliff is calling!!!!!
	You can also see who is calling you on inbound calls from external numbers.
If the number is matched with a name in the Cloud Phonebook, it will also show the name here too. NEEDS FIXING
