Transferring a call
| When you have a call in progress, additional buttons will appear on the screen. |

Pressing the More key will show more options for the call. |
| The two options that will appear are Dialpad (used for sending DTMF tones) and the Transfer key. |

|
Pressing the Transfer key will reveal a new transfer screen. |
| Enter the number you wish to transfer the call to, and then select one of the two transfer options. |
|
|
|
Press the Blind transfer key. The call will be automatically transferred to the destination number.
The destination number will receive the call as if it were a new call coming into that extension. |
|
If you want to announce to the third party who the caller is before transferring the call. Then the Attended transfer should be the preferred option.
This choice is a great way to move calls around the system and let everyone know about calls that are being transferred. |
