Receiving a call


When a call is received toon your handset or App,app, MobeXuc will pop a window to inform you of who is calling you.

 

The first information line is the number the caller has rung, this would be your direct dial number or perhaps the main number as itperson is inringing thisfrom. case.

 

The second line is the number of the personcaller callinghas you.rung.

The thirdcaller's linenumber ishas thebeen namefound and company name that has matched in the cloud phonebook.phone Youbook.

It now shows the belowinbound optioncaller enablednumber forand name.

 

For the match to be performed in the cloud phonebook.phonebook, you must have the below option enabled. (This setting is under the Configuration section).section.)

You can also display the called number name to help identify what inbound numbers the caller is ringing. This may be useful if you were answering on behalf of different companies so you know how to answer the inbound call.

 You can select how long you want the window to stay open for by selecting it here inon the app's configuration page of the app.page.
