Receiving a call


When a call is received to your handset or App, MobeX UCMobeXuc will pop a window to inform you of who is calling you.

 

The first information line is the number the caller has rung, this would be your direct dial number or perhaps the main number as it is in this case.

 

The second likeline is the number of the person calling you.

The third line is the name and company name that has matched in the cloud phonebook. You must have the below option enabled for the match to be performed in the cloud phonebook. (This setting is under the Configuration section).

 You can select how long you want the window to stay open for by selecting it here in the configuration page of the app.
