My settings

You can make changes to your MobeX UC to personalise the app to suit your needs best.

Click on your picture or the avatar on the top right to view all current settings.

The current settings are shown here. You have:-

• Dark Mode
• Incoming calls
• Do Not Disturb
• Clipboard calls
• Use desk phone

And finally, Logout.

Incoming calls:

If you switch incoming calls to off. This will stop MobeX UC from receiving incoming calls on this app. All other MobeX apps or hardware phones will continue to ring as usual.

Note: Please don't forget to switch this back on to make the app ring again.

DND  -  Do Not Disturb

This function will stop all calls from being received by this extension, not just this app.

Enabling the function synchronises all the applications and hardware connected to this extension number and places them all in DND Mode.

A DND symbol appears at the bottom of the picture icon to indicate that your extension is now in Do Not Disturb mode.

To switch it off, reverse the toggle switch in the settings.

When Clipboard calls is enabled. 

 This allows you to highlight and copy numbers directly from the screen.

A pop up window will appear to make a new call.
