After downloading the app, you will need to install it to run it on your Windows PC. The minimum requirements are

Once you have downloaded the EXE file, run the file, and you will see thethis screen below.screen. |
| Click Yes, and the below screen will appear. There isn't any need to change anything here. Click Install. |

After the installation, leave the‘Run tickMobeX UC’ ticked to run MobeX UC immediately and click Finish. |

You will then see the belowa black screen askingprompting you to enter your email address. This isemail will be your login emailcredentials addressand tocan be the telephonesame system.as Thisyou isuse probablyfor accessing the normalhosted telephony portal, likely the same email address you use.use regularly.

Enter your email address and press the button to request atoken tokenbutton.

You will then getbe emailed a one-time token password to enter in the box below your email address.password.

Enter your token and logclick in.Login.
|
The basic setup is completed,complete, and you are now ready to use your MobeX UC client with your telephone extension.
