Halo tab for easy access

A new HaloPSA icon will conventionally appear on the left-hand side of the MobeX UC software as your destination for all things Halo.
	When opening the page it will first ask you to login to your Halo portal.
Once you have logged in, you can operate your HaloPSA as normal.
