Setting inside the MobeX UC Client
| After the system set-up has been enabled on the portal. There will be new settings avaiable within the MobeX UC client. These appear under the settings page. Click your avatar to enter the settings page. |

Then click on the system settings option |
| You will then see, under the Features section, some new options appear for the Halo SPA software |
|
|
|
Hover over each of the tabs to choose what to work with. Halo will suit you best for telephone calls.

| This option will not open the Halo page within the MobeX UC client |
|
|
|
This option will only open the Halo page for inbound calls. |
| This option will only open the Halo for outbound calls. |
|
|
|
This option will open the Halo page for inbound & outbound calls. |
| Due to the configuration settings in Halo and MobeX UC, you can zoom the Halo page to make it easier to read or to view more information. Zoom will reduce the size down to 75% and enlarge it right up to 150% |
