Call History

 

 

Call history in the Desktop version or Web version of Teams can be found in a similar way to Cloud Phonebook.

 

On the right-hand side of the screen. You will find a tab at the top. By default, it will show the Cloud Phonebook. This can be changed to the call history tab by clicking the history tab at the top. 

 

You can search the last 50 records shown on your screen. The search will work with names and numbers, so it is possible to search for anything in call history.

 Call History for MobeX + Mobile will also show the Cloud Phonebook by default. Again, you can switch to the Call history tab at the top of the page. Searching for a name or number can also be performed.
